This small farm set up has it all going on! There's a pond stocked with fish towards the front of the property that rarely gets fished. Next to the pond is a small orchard of apples and pears that have deer coming to eat the fallen fruit daily. The path to the back of the property winds past farm animals, old equipment, and overgrown buildings to some overgrown field edge and the back 20 acres of mostly mixed hardwoods.
All legal species and methods.
This property is leased to one party for the full term — there are no dates to pick and no one else books days around you.
